Glow Furniture Hire Sydney mandates that all cancellations be communicated officially through email to ensure fair and clear financial dealings. Adding to this, please include your booking reference number and event details in the cancellation email to expedite the process. If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the event hire date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will not be eligible for a refund, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
